Livi Logan-Wood scored two goals and Colleen Cole found the back of the net once to lead Saint Louis to a 3-0 victory over Western Kentucky Saturday in a spring exhibition game at Robert R. Hermann Stadium.
SLU dominated possession early and created several quality chances. The Billikens broke through in the 24th minute as Cole found the mark with an assist from Michelle Schwarz.
The Bills continued to control the action following intermission, although Western Kentucky kept it a one-goal game for much of the second half. However, Logan-Wood struck twice in the final 20 minutes to put the game away, with Cristina Rodriguez and Katelyn Hammarlund recording assists.
SLU will take next weekend off before hosting Southeast Missouri State Friday, April 25, at 5:30 p.m. Saint Louis concludes the spring season Saturday, April 26, with Alumni Day. The Billikens will take on a team of former SLU players at 11 a.m.
