ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Saint Louis FC and St. Louis Scott Gallagher have announced that the clubs’ home facility will officially take the name of World Wide Technology Soccer Park. The change is effective immediately.
“World Wide Technology is proud to place its name on the historic Soccer Park,” said Jim Kavanaugh, Chief Executive Officer of World Wide Technology. “By partnering with St. Louis Scott Gallagher and Saint Louis FC, we hope to ensure the Soccer Park remains a first-class facility for all who visit.”
The World Wide Technology Soccer Park features six full-size fields (four turf, two grass), office space for club staff, indoor event space, food and beverage options, and a fan shop. It also features a 3,600-square-foot indoor Performance Training Center and a soccer themed Pub & Grill.
The facility has undergone significant renovations in the past few months, including new field lighting, bleacher upgrades, locker room renovations, a new Budweiser Biergarten, and a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor Digital Marketing System.
The World Wide Technology Soccer Park will host all home games for Saint Louis FC, as well as training and games for St. Louis Scott Gallagher and many other youth and amateur sporting organizations.
“It is only fitting to have a St. Louis icon – the Soccer Park – named in collaboration with one of the area’s most prominent, locally-owned companies,” said Patrick Barry, Executive Director of Saint Louis FC and St. Louis Scott Gallagher. “World Wide Technology is a global leader with strong roots in our community. Their commitment to the area and soccer specifically makes this partnership a perfect match.”
