LAST TIME OUT: Saint Louis FC picked up its first win of the season by defeating Tulsa Roughnecks FC 2-0 at ONEOK Field last Thursday. Jermie Lynch opened the scoring in the 42nd minute to give Saint Louis FC a 1-0 lead just before halftime. Bryan Gaul doubled STL FC’s advantage in the 55th minute, scoring from the top of the box. Mark Pais made five saves in goal en route to the shutout.

THE OPPONENT: The Pittsburgh Riverhounds suffered their first loss of season last weekend, falling 2-1 to the Rochester Rhinos. Saturday’s game in St. Louis will be the first road game of 2015 for Pittsburgh, which opened with back-to-back games at Highmark Stadium.

THE SERIES: This weekend’s match will be the first of two meetings between Saint Louis and Pittsburgh during the regular season. The USL Eastern Conference foes will meet again on June 6 in Pittsburgh.

U.S. OPEN CUP DRAW: Earlier this week, it was announced that Saint Louis FC will host a 2nd Round matchup against the winner of Madison Fire and Des Moines Menace in the 2015 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
