The St. Louis Ambush have announced revisions to their upcoming 2019-20 schedule as a result of the Major Arena Soccer League’s announcement today that the MetroStars Canada team would cease operations. The Ambush had five games that will be affected as a result of the change.
The changes do not affect the dates or times of any Ambush home games for the upcoming season. Any Ambush home game tickets previously purchased for the 2019-20 season will still be good for the dates and times indicated.
Utica City FC will replace the MetroStars as the opponent for Ambush home games January 17, 2020 at 7:35 p.m. CST and January 19, 2020 at 3:05 p.m. CST at the Family Arena in St. Charles.
The January 10, 2020 road game against the Kansas City Comets has been moved to February 16, 2020 at the Silverstein Eye Centers Arena in Independence.
The February 14, 2020 and February 16, 2020 road games against the MetroStars are replaced by a visit to Sonora on January 3, 2020 and to Monterrey on January 5, 2020. The Ambush kick off their 2019-20 season when they welcome the defending MASL Champion Milwaukee Wave to the Family Arena on Black Friday, November 29, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. CT. The first 2,000 fans in attendance November 29 will receive a free black Ambush tee shirt.
Single game tickets for the 2019-20 campaign are now on sale and can be purchased at the Family Arena box office or at ticketmaster.com. Groups of 10 or more can purchase their discounted tickets now and season tickets are also on sale. For group or season ticket sales, call the Ambush office at 636-477-6363. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
