Atlanta, GA nu-deathcore outfit Left to Suffer has released their latest single and music video, “Snake”. Co-written with Three Days Grace’s Neil Sanderson and produced by Grammy-nominated producer Howard Benson, today’s drop is the first release since the band’s latest EP, ‘And Dying Forever’. Speaking on working with Sanderson and Benson, the band shares:
“Listening to Three Days Grace in our parents’ cars growing up was one of each of our first real introductions to music. Something that led all 5 of us to Slipknot and Korn, then eventually to whole deathcore/metalcore scenes. It’s safe to say we wouldn’t be here without them. So when Neil Sanderson, the band’s drummer, and main songwriter DM’d us on IG at the beginning of the year saying he was a super fan of ours we were in total shock. Then he told us that both he and super producer Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, Three Days Grace, Papa Roach, etc) wanted to work with us on some songs and our minds were completely blown. There’s absolutely no way we could say no.”
Neil Sanderson commented:
“Howard Benson and I had been talking about how he and I wanted to make a few legit metal records. Howard, Johnny Lee Andrews and I were working on Three Days Grace and some other things, and I said to Johnny, “Hey man what’s the coolest heaviest metal band in Atlanta?” (where he lives), and he said, “Left to Suffer, no doubt.” So I reached out to them and now here we are all working together.”
Howard Benson said:
“Working with LTS was amazing.. they bring it on every take! We are stoked to have them release their music on Judge & Jury Records and hope we can do more work with them in the future!”
