by Press Release

Do you have what it takes to play with the pros? If so, the St. Louis Ambush are offering a chance to showcase your talents in front of the team’s coaching and management staffs, including head coach Daryl Doran. Open tryouts for the 2015-16 season will be held Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28 at Vetta Sports, located at 1425 St Peters-Cottleville Road, St Peters, MO 63376.

Players who make it through the open tryouts will be invited to attend future training camps and practice sessions during the off-season.
“We are providing an opportunity for players to take a shot at making the Ambush. This is a chance for players we may not otherwise know about to perform in front of coaches and management.” said Doran.

The Ambush will open training camp in late summer or early fall in preparation for the 2015-16, which will kick off in October or November.

Registration begins at noon each day and tryout sessions run from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day. Male soccer players ages 18 years and older are eligible to participate. College players with remaining eligibility are not permitted in the tryout as per NCAA rules and regulations. Current professional players must have a letter of release from their current club in order to participate.

The fee to participate in open tryouts is $100 if paid by June 1st and $150 after June 1st. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis; walk-in players will not be granted a tryout. To register  CLICK HERE.
