Cardinal Nation Thinks About Brewers Family

by Carly Schaber

It has just been reported that Brewers short stop Jean Segura’s 9-month-old son has passed away.

This is just a quick article to pay condolences to Jean Segura and his family. Thoughts and prayers will be respectfully paid to the family as they go through this very difficult time.

Sometimes we don’t know why these things happen but unfortunately, they do. Death is the only guarantee we have in life. Although, it should never be this early. The things that happen to such good people are never fair.

Today is a day that we weep with the Segura family. Today is a day when the entire MLB family is there for each other. No matter what the rivalry is, or how close to first place we are with the Brewers. We should set all of that aside and pay respects.

Jean Segura, Cardinal Nation and all of MLB is here for you. Stay strong and know that the whole baseball family is thinking about you and your family.

Cardinal Nation, it’s the things that matter. Have a good day.

Keep flying, Cardinal Nation.
