St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the team has assigned goaltender Charlie Lindgren, forward Alexei Toropchenko and defenseman Calle Rosen and to its AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds.
