St Louis CITY2 picked up a point after coming from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against Houston Dynamo 2 at SaberCats Stadium. The match was scoreless before halftime until Houston’s Gabriel Segal struck first in first half added time. St Louis tied the match in the 74th minute with a goal from Hosei Kijima. The goal was Kijima’s first in MLS NEXT Pro play. In the penalty shootout following regulation, Houston Dynamo 2 won 4-2 to earn the extra point. CITY2 will head to Minnesota next Sunday to face Minnesota United FC 2 for the second time this season.
