MEMPHIS, TN – The Memphis Redbirds continued a six-game series against the Charlotte Knights with a 9-6 win at Truist Park on Wednesday night.
First baseman Luken Baker and shortstop Masyn Winn each recorded three-hit nights to push Memphis past Charlotte in game two of the series. Baker drove in four runs, clubbed his 23rd home run of the season and smacked a double. Winn scored three runs, drove in two and recorded a pair of doubles.

In total, the Memphis offense scored nine runs on 11 hits and drew four walks. Center fielder Richie Palacios and left fielder Juan Yepez each recorded two-hit games. Palacios hit a home run, drove in two runs and scored three times. Yepez reached base four times with his two hits and two walks.

Michael McGreevy (6-1) claimed the team lead in wins with his performance on Wednesday night. The right-handed pitcher tossed 5.0 innings, allowed three runs on nine hits, struck out four and did not walk a batter. Dalton Roach (S,1) got the final out of the game to record his first save of the season.
