MEMPHIS, TN – The Memphis Redbirds concluded a six-game homestand with a 7-2 loss to the Durham Bulls on Sunday afternoon at AutoZone Park.

Memphis showcased its power in the loss, with five of the seven hits going for extra bases, including a pair of home runs. Right fielder Moises Gomez drilled his 16th home run of the season with one out in the bottom of the fourth inning, fourth most in the International League. First baseman Taylor Motter clubbed his third home run with Memphis with one out in the ninth.

The Redbirds (34-29) return to AutoZone Park on Wednesday, July 28 to begin a six-game homestand at 7:05p.m. CDT against the Nashville Sounds. You can find more information on upcoming promotions at AutoZone Park here.
