Fourth-seeded Saint Louis takes on top-seed VCU on Saturday in the semifinals of the Atlantic 10 Conference Men’s Basketball Championship at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. Game time is set for noon (CT).
The Billikens advanced to Saturday’s semifinals with an 82-54 victory over No. 5 George Mason on Thursday. VCU dispatched No. 8 Davidson 71-53 to advance to the semis.
The winner advances to Sunday’s A-10 Championship final at noon (CT) where it will meet the winner of No. 2 Dayton/No. 3 Fordham.

Saturday’s semifinal games will be televised on CBS Sports Network. Tom McCarthy (play-by-play), Bob Wenzel (analyst) and Evan Washburn (sidelines) have the call.

1 // Yuri Collins continues to hold the overwhelming lead in the NCAA in assists (314) and assists per game (10.1). He dished out 10 assists in the Billikens’ win over George Mason on Thursday. Collins needs 10 more points to become the 36th player in school history to reach 1,000 for a career.
2 // Gibson Jimerson, who is coming off a team-high 21 points in the win against George Mason, leads the Billikens in scoring with 14.3 ppg. With two treys in the Mason game, he surpassed Scott Highmark for third on the Billikens’ all-time list with 231 career 3-pointers.
3 // The Billikens tied an A-10 Championship record with 26 assists in the win over George Mason. SLU’s .559 team FG percentage was the second-best shooting mark in an A-10 Championship game in school history (.608 vs. Duquesne in 2007).
4 // Saint Louis is the only A-10 program to reach the semifinals in each of the last four A-10 Championships.
5 // The Billikens have cut down the nets twice at Barclays Center – in 2013 in the first year the A-10 held the Championship in Brooklyn, and again in 2019, the last time Barclays Center hosted the full A-10 Championship. SLU was the No. 4 seed in the 2020 A-10 Championship at Barclays Center, but the tourney was canceled on the Thursday of Championship Week due to COVID.
