Blues Trade Husso To Detroit

St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the team has acquired the 73rd overall pick in the 2022 NHL Draft from the Detroit Red Wings in exchange for goaltender Ville Husso.

 

Husso, 27, was originally drafted by the Blues in the fourth round (No. 94 overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft.

 

Across two seasons in St. Louis, the Helsinki, Finland native posted a 34-13-7 record along with a 2.74 goals-against average and a .912 save percentage in 57 regular-season appearances.
