Three Saint Louis Billikens received All-Conference honors from the Atlantic 10 Conference today.
Jordan Goodwin was named first-team All-Conference for the second straight year. He also was named to the All-Defensive team. Javonte Perkins earned second-team All-Conference honors after being named to the third team last season. Gibson Jimerson was named to the league’s All-Academic team.
Goodwin joins Dwayne Evans as the only other Billiken to snag A-10 first-team honors in back-to-back years. Goodwin is averaging a double-double of 14.5 ppg and 10.3 rpg. He has recorded a double-double in 14 of the Billikens’ 20 games. Those 14 double-doubles rank sixth in the NCAA. Goodwin was also named to the A-10’s All-Defensive unit for the second straight year.
