Blues Recall Kyrou And Nolan From San Antonio

St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the Blues have recalled forwards Jordan Kyrou and Jordan Nolan from the team’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.

Kyrou, 20, leads the Rampage with 11 goals and 25 points in 26 appearances this season.  The 6’0, 177-pound forward was named the AHL’s Rookie of the Month for December 2018 and was also selected to the Central Division’s roster for the 2019 Lexus AHL All-Star Classic.  Kyrou has also dressed in 11 games with the Blues this season, posting a goal and an assist.  The Toronto, Ontario, native was originally drafted by the Blues in the second round, 35th overall, of the 2016 National Hockey League (NHL) Entry Draft.

Nolan, 29, has dressed in 30 games for the Rampage this season, tallying 19 points (10 goals, nine assists) and 27 penalty minutes.  The 6’3, 217-pound forward has also made 11 appearances with the Blues, recording two assists and 14 penalty minutes.  Nolan was originally signed by the Blues as a free agent on July 5, 2018.  Overall, the Garden River, Ontario, native has collected 52 points (24 goals, 28 assists) and 347 penalty minutes in 372 career NHL regular-season games.
