Stastny Set To Return Tonight

by Caleb Tatum

Blues veteran center Paul Stastny is set to return to the lineup tonight. Stastny who suffered a lower body injury Feb. 9th in the second period of a Blues overtime victory 2-1 against Toronto missed his fourth consecutive game Saturday. Stastny’s right leg got tangled up with Maple Leafs Nazem Kadri and immediately fell to the ice.

Stastny who has played in 54 games this year has netted 15 goals and has 20 assists plays a significant role on the Blues roster.

Let’s not forget to mention his 55.6% face-off percentage which ranks him 6th in the league. Having him back on the dot is an important trait to have on this team.

Blues facing a hot Florida Panthers team winning their last 4 out of 5 games need to regroup from Saturday’s loss versus Buffalo before the five-day break coming up.
