St. Louis Rams Rookie OG Jamon Brown Out for the Season

by Jeremy Bowen

After being injured late in the game against the Chicago Bears yesterday when trying to tackle a Chicago Bear on an interception return, St. Louis Rams rookie offensive lineman Jamon Brown was diagnosed with a leg fracture. Brown miss the remainder of the 2015 season.

The Kentucky native attended the University of Louisville, and was a third round draft pick, 72nd overall in last spring’s draft. He had started all nine games this season at guard for the Rams.
This is a significant blow to an already depleted Rams offensive line, which has been subpar this season. Fellow rookies Andrew Donnal and/or Cody Wichmann will replace Brown for the rest of the season. Best wishes for a speedy recovery for Jamon Brown.
