Allen stood on his head once again, stopping all 45 Predator shots. And for the second game in-a-row, the Blues produced 4 goals when he was in net. After coming into Thursday’s game against Chicago to relieve Brian Elliot, Allen saved 72 consecutive shots.
But let’s not forget what you need to win games; goals. Alexander Steen leads the Blues with 8 goals and 13 points. Vladimir Tarasenko was the assist on Steen’s goal, earning his 13th point, as well. The Blues have scored 10 goals in their last two games.
Colton Parayko isn’t the only rookie standing out. Robby Fabbri was asked to play for the Blues this year by Doug Armstrong.
The Blues look to win their third away game of this four game trip, as they take on the New Jersey Devils on Tueday, 6:00 p.m.
