Major League Baseball’s all-time hit king, Pete Rose, will visit Sauget when the Gateway Grizzlies begin the 2015 season on May 15. Rose will coach first base and third base during the Grizzlies’ opener against the Rockford Aviators at 7:05 p.m.

Other dates include “Crazy Game Show Night” on June 27, “Salute to America Night” on July 4, and the Grizzlies’ annual “Greatest Night in Baseball” on September 6. The fifth fireworks super-show night will be announced later this season.
