Rattie Recalled from Chicago Wolves

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has recalled forward Ty Rattie from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Chicago Wolves.

Rattie, 21, has dressed in 43 games for the Wolves this season, ranking second on the club with 28 points while sharing fifth in the AHL overall with 17 goals. The 6-foot, 192-pound forward, currently in his second professional season, was recently named to the 2015 AHL All-Star Game, where he posted a goal and three assists.

Last season, Rattie finished fourth overall with 31 goals, becoming Chicago’s first rookie 30-goal scorer since Brett Sterling (2006-07). He also appeared in two games with the Blues, including his NHL debut on Apr. 11 at Dallas.

The Calgary, Alberta, native was originally drafted by the Blues in the second round, 32nd overall, of the 2011 NHL Draft.
