Pat Pimmel most recently was the Offensive Coordinator for the Orlando Predators in the Arena Football League (AFL). He has spent the last four years of his career as a Head Coach in the AFL and the Indoor Football League (IFL). With 25+ years of coaching experience, Pimmel brings a wide range of technical knowledge and professional maturity to the team.
In 2012 Pat Pimmel was the Head Coach of the first year Allen Wranglers (IFL), notable for being the first post-NFL team for wide receiver Terrell Owens (T.O.). In 2011 he served as Defensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach for the Nebraska Danger. In 2010 he was the Head Coach of the Omaha Beef, where he led the team to their 11th consecutive playoff appearance, including a road victory in Sioux Falls which was Sioux Falls last home loss in 38 games. In 2008 Pat was the Assistant Coach for The River City Rage under former Green Bay Packer Ken Stills. In 2009 he was named Head Coach for the River City Rage half way through the season, Pimmel turned the teamfrom a losing season into Conference Champions and the United Bowl runner up.
Coach Pimmel is a St. Louis native where he attended Hazelwood East High School and then the University of Missouri at Columbia. He has coached at various high schools in St. Louis as well as youth football teams. He is very involved in his community and youth football. He is married to Stephanie and they have four children Josh, Danielle, Jessica, and Patrick.
