Pointfest Returns After May Rainout On September 24th

by Danya Artimisi

Pointfest 2022: The show must go on.  If you remember, the originally scheduled Pointfest was canceled in May due to severe weather.  That show would’ve been the official send-off for The Point’s bad ass B****, Lux.  Maybe she will make a brief return to give a formal, in-person farewell from radio to her loyal and die hard fans.

With that said, it is likely that this Pointfest will be all things in Jeff Burton’s honor.  The St. Louis radio giant recently passed away after a long fought battle with cancer.

If you would like to be part of the event that is likely to be like no other in the history of Pointfest, tickets remain and you can buy them at www.1057thepoint.com.

The musical line up this year includes Papa Roach, Highly Suspect, Halestorm, The Struts, Yelawolf & Shooter Jennings: and Sometimes Y, Shaman’s Harvest, New Year’s Day, The Warning, Brookroyal, and The Ricters.
