The public is invited to the Family Arena for appetizers and beverages with the mayor, team president, and head coach of the St. Louis Stampede arena football team this Thursday, December 13th, at 2:30pm for an announcement celebration.

The team’s first-round selection, defensive end Corey Henry will provide the Stampede with one of the premier pass rushers in indoor football, having compiled multiple double-digit quarterback sack seasons in the Indoor Football League. In addition to Henry, the Stampede have signed former Florida Atlantic quarterback Greg Hankerson and former Southeast Missouri State quarterback Mike Tindall to compete for the starting quarterback position.

The Stampede will play their home games at the Family Arena in St. Charles starting on Saturday, April 6th, 2019.
