Dynamo Pro Wrestling Set For Saturday’s 15th Anniversary Event

by Brian Ledford

St. Louis-based Dynamo Pro Wrestling celebrates its 15-year anniversary Saturday night with a full card highlighted by an in-ring appearance of an international star.

The event takes place at The Sports Academy in Glen Carbon, Illinois (101 Glenwest Drive) with an 8 pm bell time.

The showcase features a scared-circled battle between Delirious, who launched his trade locally in the early 2000s, against long-time rival Ryan Ash.

The duo’s respective careers began simultaneously with Gateway Championship Wrestling and proceeded throughout the Midwest. The masked, mysterious, Delirious has competed for Ring of Honor Wrestling (RoH) and has wrestled in Mexico, Japan and the United Kingdom.

“We were together at the very beginning,” recently said Delirious through an interpreter. “Ryan Ash. Twenty years. Full circle. The end is near.”

As a stipulation to the match, Ash proclaims that if he loses Saturday he will immediately announce his retire and end his 20-year career.

Also on the card, current DPW Heavyweight Champion Camaro Jackson defends his title in a “Fatal Four Way” against Ricky Cruz, Benjamin Trust and Snitch.

The DPW Tag Team Championship will be defended in a “Four Corner Trios Match as Arch City Mercenaries (Tony Esteem, Jimmi Lafleur and Jackal) put up their belts against Dragon’s Guild (Chris Exodus, Tommy Davis and LRide), The Big Picture (Ricky Rodriguez, The Main Attraction Dion and Geoffrey Hyde) and Adrian Surge alongside a pair of mystery partners.

DPW D1 Champion CJ Shine defends against Jack Gamble while Madi Exodus faces Ashlyn Alexander.

Other matches are tentatively scheduled.

Advanced tickets are $10 at this link and $15 at the door.
