by Danya Artimisi

The Gateway Grizzlies have announced  their new team photographer for 2022.

Mick Lite, a long time photographer and owner of Arch City Media has been named the Gateway Grizzlies 2022 team photographer.  He assumes the role previously held by Paul Baillargeon.

The Grizzlies’ Assistant General Manager, James Caldwell states, “We are excited to have Mick on the staff this year.  His experience and ability are a great addition to our organization.

Lite has owned and operated ArchCity.Media since 2013.  Accumulating over 160,000 followers of the page, he highlights and reports on sports news and entertainment.  He is a veteran of the United States Navy and Air Force and currently lives in Belleville, Illinois with his son, Brandon.

Mick says, “I’m beyond excited to be joining the Grizzlies and returning to the Frontier League.  I’ve always been impressed at how well everything was run at GCS Ballpark.  I have some big shoes to fill.  Paul [Baillargeon] was a mentor to me when I first got started in photography and remains a very good friend.  I will do my best to live up to the standard that he has set for the past 20 years.”
