Saint Louis’ Francis Okoro registered a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds, and Gibson Jimerson once again led the team in scoring with an 18-point effort as the Billikens rolled to an 86-44 win over Eastern Illinois Friday at Chaifetz Arena.
