LA Alt-Rock Trio New Language Drop New Single And Music Video “No Time”

by Mike Cubillos

Buzzing LA alt-rock trio NEW LANGUAGE has dropped a new single and music video titled “No Time.”

The band says, “No Time” is the universal anthem that digs deep into the modern everyday stresses of our society that keeps us all constantly running out of time to take the time to focus on ourselves. Swaying, moving, headbanging and singing along: “Losing my head, losing my mind. No Time! No Time!”

The track is now streaming on all DSPs here: https://ONErpm.lnk.to/NoTime.

The official music video for the song, premiered yesterday on Revolver and is now streaming here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJm6zH5e2wQ&feature=emb_logo.

Last seen performing at 2019’s Aftershock Festival where they played alongside Tool, Bring Me The Horizon, A Day To Remember, Chevelle, I Prevail, Gojira, Badflower, FIDLAR, and many more, NEW LANGUAGE has spent the past several months fine-tuning their always-evolving sound, as can be heard on “No Time” which incorporates elements of synth and New Wave into the mix.

The follow-up to their recent singles “Play Dead” and “House of Cards” (the latter of which was the only independent track to maintain Top 20 placement on the FMQB Alt Specialty Charts for 2 consecutive weeks in 2019, and lodged itself at #1 on KROQ Locals Only for several weeks), “No Time” signifies a bold new direction for NEW LANGUAGE.

Last year saw the band garnering enthusiastic support from the likes of Loudwire, Alternative Press, The Noise, New NoiseTriple JSirius/XM Octane and Spotify (which added their music to the weekly ‘New Noise’ ‘Rock Hard’, ‘Totally Alt’, ‘Rise Up’ and ‘The Scene’ playlists) resulting in over 1.7 million streams on Spotify, with an average of 35,000 monthly listeners. Their videos have been viewed over 100,000 times on Youtube.

Formed in 2016, NEW LANGUAGE’s debut full-length ‘Come Alive’ was produced by Gone Is Gone/At the Drive-In drummer Tony Hajjar. The ‘Everybody Screams’ EP followed in 2017. Since then, the band has toured and played shows with the likes of Papa Roach, The Used, Gone Is Gone, Will Haven and has appeared at Vans Warped Tour and KROQ’s Locals Only Fest.

2020 will find the band doing more touring and releasing new music in the weeks and months ahead. Follow NEW LANGUAGE on social media for updates and more.
