MLB: The Show Going Multi-Platform In 2021

by Mick Lite

MLB: The Show will no longer be a PlayStation exclusive by 2021. The franchise debuted on the PlayStation in the late ’90s, and its games were only released for the PS2, the PS3, the PS4 and the Vita over the next two decades.

In a press release announcing a multi-year extension with MLB and Sony, it was announced the game would be going multi-platform as soon as 2021.

“In addition, the historic expansion of the long-standing partnerships will bring MLB The Show, for the first time ever, to additional console platforms beyond PlayStation platforms as early as 2021.”
