St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today that forward Vladimir Tarasenko will undergo surgery on his left shoulder tomorrow, Oct. 29. He will be re-evaluated in five months. Tarasenko suffered the injury during the first period of the Blues’ 5-2 victory over the Los Angeles Kings on Thursday, Oct. 24. The Blues have placed him on long-term injured reserve. Armstrong will address the media at Blues practice (10:30 a.m.) tomorrow at Centene Community Ice Center.
