St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the Blues have assigned defenseman Jakub Jerabek (JAY-kuhb, YAIR-a-behk) to the club’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.
Jerabek, 27, has dressed in one game for the Blues this season, posting two penalty minutes. The 5’11, 199-pound defenseman was originally acquired by the Blues via trade from the Edmonton Oilers on Oct. 1, 2018. Overall, the Plzen, Czech Republic, native has appeared in 37 career National Hockey League (NHL) regular-season games, tallying eight points (two goals, six assists).
