Cardinals Reach Agreements With Four More From 2018 Draft

The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that they have agreed to terms with four additional players from this month’s amateur draft.  Agreeing to terms today were left-handed pitcher Colin Schmid (13th round – Appalachian State University), right-handed pitcher Parker Kelly (20th round – University of Oregon), shortstop Michael Perri  (21st round –  University of San Francisco) and catcherBenito Santiago  (34th round – University of Tennessee).  Today’s announcement brings the total number of 2018 draftees signed and/or agreed to terms to 32 players.
