St. Chux Finishes Competitive Arizona Trek 1-2

(CHANDLER, AZ) Over the weekend, the St. Chux Derby Chix competed at the inaugural “How The West Was Won” invitational and finished its three-game itinerary1-2.

On Saturday morning, the Pack In Black, currently ranked #38 internationally by the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), suffered a 137-103 setback to #60 Calgary.

Later that day, St. Chux rebounded and toppled #50 Brewcity, 237-153, to pick up its first win of the season.

On Sunday, SCDC was out-muscled by #34 Arizona, 311-116, to conclude its three game docket.

For the women’s games held that weekend, the hosting Tent City Terrors swept their three respective games, while Calgary finished 2-1 and Brewcity ended 0-3.

St. Chux returns to action Saturday, March 21 as they host #31 Nashville at Matteson Square Garden in St. Peters.
